Complex, muscular, full of energy. Scores with a nuanced range of aromas, ranging from dark fruit and delicate notes of tobacco to an intense, Mediterranean spiciness. Is structured, juicy and powerful on the palate. It is substantial but less velvety and therefore tighter than the 2017. Ends precisely, impressively and full of suspense.
