The Perfect Day is vibrant, subtle, vital and aromatic. Fine citrus notes, a floral undertone, but above all stony and mineral hints set an early exclamation point, yellow fruity aromas and herbal notes add up on the palate. The tannin is handy but never superficial and, in combination with the well-integrated acidity, bundles the wine to the palate. The texture is delicate and yet compact and close-meshed, the finish is invigorating and multi-layered.

Airy, light and delicate. Flowers, clear yellow fruit and stony hints shape the aroma. Open and stimulating, it is dense and bone-dry, a fine tannin structure bundles it towards the palate. The texture is delicate, juicy and profound. In the fruit-backed finish, the fine fragrance of the two nutmeg varieties appears again. Sounds invigorating and has a delicate mineral note.
